We at Palettes will not repair or replace furniture that has been abused, neglected, exposed to extreme humidity or temperature, or altered, or that has received unauthorized repairs. Nor will we cover damages resulting from normal wear and
tear or accidents including scratches, burns, watermarks or indentations. To avoid damage due to excessive heat, never place directly on the surface anything that is too hot to hold in your hands. As well, when using a hot pad, make sure the entire dish
is covered.
